From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home and was directed to some frames that caught my eye. I was just having a look around, not planning to make a purchase right then, but the outstanding service and expertise from Christopher really impressed me. I tried on a pair of Kallio frames, and they fit like a dream, so I decided to buy them right away. They had my order ready in just a week, which is the fastest turnaround I've ever experienced for glasses. When I came to pick them up, Ryan was super friendly and explained all the services they offer for maintaining the frames and the lifetime care available. I also gave the Kallio clips a go, and I know I'll be back for those when the sun starts shining!

I stumbled upon Monc just a few weeks back and I've already snagged a pair of (gorgeous, flattering, and comfy) glasses along with some (to-die-for) shades. Why? Monc's eyewear is not just good-looking but also top-notch in quality, making them sit nicely on your face. To top it all off, the service is superb - I've interacted with three different folks from the Monc crew, and they were all lovely and super helpful. Usually, opticians can feel a bit uptight and overwhelming, but the vibe at Monc is totally chill and enjoyable.

As I was meandering along Chiltern Street, I stumbled upon this stunning eyewear boutique and decided to pop in out of sheer curiosity. I’ve always had a thing for glasses, but honestly, I wasn’t planning to make a purchase at that moment. Freddie and I had a fantastic chat about the origins of MONC, their values, and I got to check out a gorgeous selection of bio-acetate frames in a variety of colors. I immediately fell for a bottle green Kallio and took it home. Plus, Freddie was kind enough to gift me a lovely green tote bag. I can’t wait to grab more glasses from them in the future. I highly recommend checking out MONC!
